Calculator and calendar

Calculator values and renewal dates are processed in your browser. They are not saved in RenewWise’s database or added to brokerage links. A calendar file is generated on your device; your calendar provider’s practices apply if you import it.

When you visit a brokerage

After you acknowledge the displayed referral disclosure, you can open the named brokerage’s exact approved link. RenewWise records a random event identifier, the brokerage identifier, the day and the disclosure version. This is a browser-reported navigation event, not proof that you applied or funded a mortgage. We do not include your name, contact details or calculator values.

The brokerage may use its link, cookies and forms to attribute the referral and collect your information. Its own terms and privacy policy apply. No paid introductions are currently active.

Hosting and operational records

The hosting provider may process technical request data needed to serve and secure this site, such as IP addresses and browser information. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. The private owner workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in.

The owner workspace stores partner agreements by reference, approved disclosure, account setup status and partner-confirmed outcome records. Outcomes use anonymous partner references rather than borrower financial profiles. Outbound event records older than 90 days are removed when new events are recorded. Before referrals begin, we will finalize retention procedures for contract and accounting records.

The tools provide general illustrations and education. They are not personalized financial advice, a mortgage application, a rate guarantee or a lending commitment. Confirm figures, eligibility and terms with a licensed mortgage professional. You remain free to choose any provider.

Before brokerage introductions open, we will finalize operator and payment details, privacy procedures, partner terms and customer disclosures. No brokerage has yet accepted RenewWise.
