RenewWise is being developed to help Ontario homeowners prepare for mortgage renewal. Our role is general education and permitted referral introductions. We are not a mortgage brokerage or lender.
Your numbers stay with you
The calculator runs in your browser. We do not save its balance, rate, amortization or fee inputs. Its fixed-rate calculations use semi-annual compounding and monthly payments. Variable mortgages, lender rounding and contract-specific features may differ.
You choose the next step
When a brokerage arrangement is approved and introductions open, we identify the brokerage and explain our referral relationship before you leave. The brokerage collects your information directly under its own privacy policy.
How we may be paid
Under an agreed referral arrangement, a participating brokerage may pay RenewWise when a referred customer completes an eligible transaction. The exact approved disclosure appears with each active partner. We do not currently have accepted partnerships or an active paid referral offer.
What a comparison means
A lower monthly payment is not necessarily a lower total cost. Compare the same amortization and term, and consider interest, fees, penalties, prepayment rights and other mortgage features with a licensed professional. Illustrative rates are not offers, approvals or a promise of savings.
Our participating brokerage list, when available, will not cover the whole market. You can contact your existing lender or another licensed brokerage independently.
